A Pre-Session Consultation Zoom meeting, or phone conversation allows us to introduce ourselves. You will meet with our photographer, Monica Alexander who will answer any of your questions and concerns about the photo session and services provided. Our mission is to gather as much information about you so that we can tailor our photo session to capture the most authentic version of yourself. We will begin by designing a personalized photoshoot from start to finish to fit your brand or lifestyle. We will discuss your vision, wardrobe, style and how to prepare you for your session. You are encouraged to call or send an email if you need more information after our initial meeting. Our main concern is YOU. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during your experience with us.

We start with professional hair and makeup with our experienced artist (mini-headshot session/optional) and then move on to the photo session which is fully art directed with posing guidance and props if desired. Outfit changes are encouraged because we know about the importance of style. Outfit changes vary depending on how fast you can change and the session of your choosing. Headshot and Personal Branding sessions are typically 45-90 minutes in length. *More time is needed for other creative portraiture.

Our mission is to capture as many photographs of you during your session time. Typically we will take anywhere from 75-500 photos of you (depending on session type). You will have many wonderful images of yourself to choose from.

We will meet again over Zoom one week after your session to select the photos you love best. Unless we have pre-arranged your ordering session to follow the shoot. (Same day reveal). You will decide at this time which images you love and if you will be ordering additional a la carte digitals. Estimated time is 15-25 minutes.

Other Fine Art Portrait sessions include a variety of customized photo products in each collection. You are investing in yourself so we want to make sure you are well informed of what each collection offers before your photoshoot. Our pre-consultation could take a little longer to make sure we cover all concerns and necessary details.

You can either pick up your images (if ordering prints) or have them delivered 3-4 weeks after your ordering session. If you are only purchasing digitals, they will be emailed directly.
